摘要

本文以近年来国内外学者提出的节能保质干燥理念为基础,设计了一种新的试验方案。采用远红外对流联合干燥法,在自制的试验台上进行试验。本文对换热管出口热风温度的变化规律进行了全面的实验研究和分析,探讨了干燥过程中各参数之间的内在联系和相互作用。采用二次正交旋转回归设计得到回归方程,并通过分析相应的出口热风温度响应面,得到各参数对出口热风温度的影响关系。
