The main goal of this paper is assess and estimate the end-user perception of video streams quality at the receiver end through passive measurement evaluation. In the proposed scheme the video stream quality is evaluated by combination of application aware and network level metrics such as motion intensity and packet loss effect. Metrics are extracted from video stream packets' content.
