By using path analysis, researchers suggest that partially, individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是找出并分析印尼国家银行(Persero) Tbk的个人特质、组织氛围和工作量对员工绩效的影响。Tasikmalaya分公司。本研究采用的研究方法是描述性分析方法,采用人口普查技术。数据收集技术采用文献研究方法和实地调查(实地调查),包括观察,访谈和问卷调查。本研究的人群为PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk的员工。Tasikmalaya分公司,共有113名受访者。本研究使用的分析技术是通径分析。通过路径分析,研究人员发现个体特征、组织氛围和工作量对员工绩效有部分显著的正向影响。同时,个体特征、组织氛围和工作量对员工绩效有显著影响。因此,员工的个人特征、组织氛围和工作量越好,员工的绩效就越高。
