But in fact there are still many teachers who have not been able to make LESSON plans with good quality. therefore efforts to improve the competence of teachers in making the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through academic supervision is done. The purpose of this study is to prove whether the academic supervision conducted are able to improve the ability of teachers to create lesson Plans. This study uses the method of Action Research School (PTS) with the subject of the study 11 teachers. Supervision of academic proven to increase the yield or value of the quality of manufacture of the RPP in SDN Kubang Dimples Kulon this.
