Support for building Islamic banks also needs to be demonstrated by the \"dual banking system,\" where conventional banks are allowed to open sharia business units. Islamic banks have considerable development potential. But how big is the potential, in which market segmentation has good potential, what products are expected by the community and what factors influence the decision making to choose financial institutions and how their behavior, need to be studied further. It is important to decide on a strategy of development and scale of development in the future. This research was designed to provide answers to these questions. Analyzing the relationship between factors that determine people's preferences for Islamic bank products and services, both in terms of fund raising and fund distribution as a basis for establishing socialization and marketing strategies for Islamic banks. The implication of the results of this study is that Islamic banks have become the people's choice because of religious factors, namely the desire to practice Islamic law.
