This method renders very useful information about power system stability studies. Based on two axis model theory an explicit mathematical model of a four bus test system containing a Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based wind farm is developed. The eigenvalue sensitivity analysis corresponds to first-order derivative of the reduced state transition matrix of the power system is performed with respect to various system operating parameters. In this research the system operating parameters taken under considerations are line impedance, real and reactive power loading.
