A controlled multi-agent system used as a model of a distributed computing system. Decentralized approach to consensus load balancing control is stated on the basis of multi-agent system control with consensus voting local protocol concept development. Using the methods of invariant ellipsoids, local consensus control laws for each dynamic agent are designed and the problem is reduced to linear matrix inequalities solving.
