Then, the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering, the theory of military complex adaptive system and the Agent modeling and simulation technology are discussed, and the corresponding operational test research methods and steps of weapon and equipment are proposed. The operational test of weapon and equipment is of great significance and develops rapidly.
