Research of strategic planning documents by text ana-lyzers (on the example of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Murmansk region)

The paper raises the issue of automatic analysis of texts of strategic planning documents. Moreover, the text analyzer should allow for meaningful analysis, and not be limited to comparing the values of planned and actual indicators of the document. Therefore, the use of a content analyzer and a semantic-syntactic parser allows both deep analysis of the document text and providing various forms of presentation of results, which solves the tasks.
