The method, called the method of sociophysical modeling, is based on the idea of the existence of accumulated project potentials in a project. It is shown that the use of the sociophysical method allows you to simulate the characteristics of the project being implemented at the enterprise. Two project models are described. The first model describes a project that is being implemented as part of an existing enterprise with an unchanged technological structure. The second model describes a project implemented in an enterprise with a changing technological structure.
