Primary equipment of power grid is an important material guarantee to maintain and improve the production capacity of power grid enterprises, and accounts for a large proportion of the total assets. Among them, technological transformation investment is an important factor affecting the operating results and cash flow of enterprises. Most domestic power grid enterprises rely on historical experience and the application results of grass-roots units to make technological transformation and repair decisions and distribution, which is difficult to accurately grasp or predict the scale of future technological transformation projects, and cannot effectively measure the matching situation between the investment scale and the scale and status of assets.
