The location in this research is JL. Gajah Mada RT.09 RW.03 Penatoi subdistrick, Mpunda Dictrick, Bima City NTB Province with a postal code of 4115. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 26. 摘要
本研究的目的是测试杠杆和公司规模对伊斯兰社会的影响，研究的题目是薪酬对员工工作动机的影响在PT. Sicepat ekpress Bima分公司。在这项研究中使用的研究类型是联想。本研究使用的工具是采用观察法、参考文献法和李克特量表问卷法进行数据收集。本研究使用的人群均为PT. Sicepat express Bima分公司的员工，共30人。本研究中使用的样本类型为饱和抽样。本研究的地点是JL。北省比马市Mpunda Dictrick Penatoi街道Gajah Mada rd .09 RW.03，邮政编码4115。数据分析技术采用SPSS Version 26。数据检验技术采用信度效度检验、简单线性回归检验、相关系数测定、T检验或显著性检验。
