Existing research mainly focus on energy charge but rarely pay attention to the unnegligible demand charge. In this paper, a two-stage algorithm is proposed to optimize data center interactive services's electricity cost including both energy charge and demand charge. Partial execution and UPS are used to reduce energy consumption and peak power consumption so as to optimize electricity cost while guaranteeing the service quality and response time.
