A properly designed pictograph will have an impact on the convenience of the general public. 摘要

本研究的目的是运用信号检测理论来评估识别交通设施中信息标志意义的合适方法。本研究以台北市捷运系统之资讯标示为实证研究对象,以评估所提出之模型。通过信号检测理论定义的灵敏度指数d'和偏差ß来衡量张贴标志的明确含义及其对认知决策的影响。对于信息标志的设计而言,标志的易识别性不仅取决于标志的清晰性,还取决于可认知的判断倾向。一个设计得当的象形文字会对公众的便利性产生影响。注重标识设计和人性化,可以提高顾客对公共设施的满意度。
