The maximize the SSDM solar PV output voltage by using maximum power point (MPP) technique to switching of DC-DC power converter for boosting the SPV voltage. A three phase DC-AC power converter is used to convert boosted DC into AC and fed into the grid. To control the DC-AC power converter is used to controller by abc to dq, PLL, PI controller and PWM technique. The power quality improvement using LCL filter measure by FFT analysis in MATLAB/SIMULIK. 摘要

采用LCL滤波器对两级三相并网太阳能光伏发电系统进行线性负载和不平衡负载下的电能质量改善。SPV与电网的接口采用DC-DC电源变换器和DC-AC电源变换器。采用简化单二极管模型(SSDM)构建太阳能光伏系统。利用最大功率点(MPP)技术切换DC-DC功率变换器,提高SPV电压,使SSDM太阳能光伏输出电压最大化。三相直流-交流功率变换器用于将升压的直流电转换成交流电并提供给电网。对直流-交流功率变换器的控制采用abc转dq、锁相环、PI控制器和PWM技术。在MATLAB/SIMULIK中通过FFT分析LCL滤波器测量电能质量的改善。仿真结果验证了本文提出的网格电流THD控制技术的有效性。
