By using PIN diode placed in the slots provided for notching characteristics, reconfigurable nature of band notches can be obtained The envelope correlation coefficient is less than 0.01 between the two monopoles. The suggested antenna is considered jeans cloth as substrate with dielectric constant of 1.67 and it has impedance bandwidth from 3.38GHz to 12.78GHz with two notch bands. One notch band is from 5.12GHz to 5.5GHz covering WLAN band and another notch band is from 7.98GHz to 11.4GHz covering X-band.
