摘要

本研究的目的在于探讨韩国幼儿教师胜任力发展的现状,并建立韩国幼儿教师胜任力发展的任务。幼儿教师能力发展评价是针对韩国幼儿教师的综合评价体系。为了研究的目的,我们对相关的文献进行了深入的研究。回顾了目前韩国幼儿教育教师能力发展评价体系,并提出了今后的评价任务。本研究提供了教师能力发展评价作为未来幼儿教师专业发展工具的途径。该评价体系可以为其他国家制定和建立教师评价体系提供借鉴。

A Study on Current Status and Tasks of Evaluation for Early Childhood Teacher’s Competence Development in Korea
