摘要

以太网通信由于其时延不确定、通信不同步等特点,不能直接应用于数控系统中。本文提出了基于以太网技术的数控系统数字接口的系统架构和数字接口的通信协议。通过实验验证了该方案的可行性。结果表明,该系统满足实时性、同步性和可靠性的通信要求。该接口应用于基于以太网技术自主开发的数控系统实验平台。
