摘要

焊接是制造船舶结构的基本工艺之一。在船舶结构的制造过程中,为了提高生产效率,需要更高效的焊接工艺。激光混合焊接工艺是满足这一需求的最佳选择之一。本研究的目的是建立薄板激光复合弧焊对焊过程中角变形和横向收缩的简化公式。在不同的焊接参数下进行了影响焊接变形的焊接试验。本文采用非线性有限元分析方法对热弹塑性进行了分析,并根据数值模拟和焊接试验结果推导出了角变形和角收缩的预测公式。
