摘要

煤矿安全资金分为职工安全投入资金、安全技术资金和安全管理资金。科学分配各项安全资金,对实现最优的安全投入导向和安全项目的选择具有重要意义。本文以某煤矿为例,采用协整检验和格兰杰因果检验,探讨了各安全资金与事故损失之间的长期稳定关系,并采用协整模型计算各安全资金。研究结果表明,基于协整理论的煤矿安全资金分配方法是可行的、科学的。
