USO DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NO DIREITO BRASILEIRO: REALIDADE POSSÍVEL?

This paper aims to analyze and study the use of artificial intelligence tools by law operators, verifying and analyzing their impact on the most diverse segments of law. To obtain the results and answers about the problematization presented in this paper, an exploratory research will be done, based on doctrinal study and also on the technological exploration on patent bases that focus on artificial intelligence directed to the legal scope. Information technology, through artificial intelligence, presents an important transformative path, meanwhile, its application has been resisted by some legal professionals who have a culture of conservatism regarding technology and modernization, and who criticize the replacement of humans. by the machines. With the studies undertaken, it was possible to see that, as advanced as it may be, artificial intelligence is not yet able to perform all the functions of a human brain, since it does not have, for example, a person's creativity, which is why which should not be regarded as a substitute, but only as a complement to human activities.
