摘要

传统的矿石粒度检测算法主要是基于机器视觉的矿石图像分割算法,在精度和实时性上都不能满足行业的要求。为此,本文提出了一种基于YOLOv5的深度学习网络模型,用于实时检测矿石粒度。通过YOLOv5网络模型输出矿石边界框的位置及其宽度和高度信息,提取矿石的FERET粒度。最终粒度分布检测结果与实际粒度分布的累积错误率小于3%,性能良好。
