Focusing of Point Source Waves by Plane Boundary of Newly Created Plasma
Radiation transformation by newly created plasma is considered. It is shown that transformed radiation of a point source is focused by a plasma plane boundary and this "time effect" looks like to that "spatial effects" in the negative refractive index material
