In order to get the pure transient noise induced by γ-ray, a method was advanced for extracting the transient noise from the image mixed the background noise. And the transient noise was characterized, including the number of noise clusters, the noise intensity spectrum and the size spectrum of noise clusters. 摘要

本文基于CCD相机的工作机理,应用基于蒙特卡罗方法的MCNP5代码,提出了一种基于事件的γ射线瞬态噪声仿真方法。在单能γ射线源上,测量了两种不同CCD相机在不同剂量(0.001 ~ 1mR)和不同入射角下的瞬态噪声。采用60Co和137Cs作为单能量γ射线源,采用康普顿散射技术获得低能量γ射线源。为了获得纯粹的γ射线瞬态噪声,提出了一种从混合背景噪声的图像中提取瞬态噪声的方法。并对瞬态噪声进行了表征,包括噪声簇数、噪声强度谱和噪声簇大小谱。通过仿真和实验,得出了不同剂量、不同能量、不同入射角的γ射线所产生的噪声的变化特征。
