人才培养是企业转型发展的关键。基于关键能力模型研究企业数字化专业人才培养模式是一种创新实践。在企业标准数字化专业人才培养体系的基础上,有针对性地定制人才培养体系和评价体系,从标准人才体系到能力培养体系,再到人才评价体系形成闭环过程,并通过企业实践进行迭代优化。企业数字化专业人才培养模式的核心在于岗位关键能力的输入输出。这种模式可以持续帮助企业“选拔”、“培养”、“聘用”、“留住”人才,为企业打造更好的人才队伍。
