Vegetable oils (rapeseed, coconut, grapeseed and olive oil) were used as green solvent alternatives to conventional organic solvents for carotenoid extraction. Detection and analyses of chlorophylls and carotenoids was done with hexane/acetone, cyclohexane, ethanol as solvents. 摘要
