摘要

传统的基于强度输运方程(TIE)的相位反演方法中使用的显微镜便携性差。本文设计了一种在Android系统下可移植性好、精度高、适应性强的微观相位检索软硬件系统。该系统使用带有便携式显微镜的智能手机捕捉强度图像,并通过高精度电机控制舞台的升降。然后自行设计的Android应用软件利用TIE法计算得到的图像的相位。最后,通过仿真实验和实验测量验证了系统的有效性。
