In the process of heating and cooling control, the idea of fuzzy control is used to effectively overcome the difficulty that the system parameters are not suitable to cause the temperature fluctuation in the process of temperature rise and fall. 摘要

分析了钢坯加热炉炉温控制系统的结构和动态过程特点,提出了无模型自适应控制的思想,构建了相应的温度控制器。在炉温控制过程中,分析了系统的非线性、滞后和时变特性。在加热和冷却控制过程中,采用模糊控制的思想,有效地克服了系统参数不适宜造成温度升降过程中温度波动的困难。仿真结果表明,该控制器能较好地控制炉温。
