As a typical representative of mining and metallurgy city, Huangshi is taken as an example to be made the projection analysis on some non-DEA efficient areas. Based on the angle of mining and metallurgy city, some measures are put forward the in improving the efficiency of regional economic development. 摘要

黄石市作为昔日的湖北省第二大城市,其矿冶文化源远流长。考虑到数据收集的难度和研究的完整性,本研究将湖北省作为研究范围。矿冶经济是矿冶文化的重要内容。本文以湖北省2012 - 2016年投入产出数据为基础,运用DEA方法中的CCR模型构建区域经济发展效率评价指标体系。以黄石市为典型的矿冶城市代表,对部分非dea有效区域进行了预测分析。从矿冶城的角度出发,提出了提高区域经济发展效率的措施。所建立的指标体系对丰富已有的研究具有一定的意义,对评价结果的预测分析对调整主要城市的投入和产出具有一定的指导意义。
