摘要

在全差分逐次逼近(SAR)模数转换器(ADC)中,输入信号的不平衡和超量程会导致输入信号的不准确。因此,ADC驱动程序的实现可以解决这个问题,因为输入可以适当地调整以适应ADC输入。本设计选用AD8139单对差分放大器作为ADC驱动器,将其置于印刷电路板上,驱动SAR ADC的差分输入信号。结果表明,在直流和交流输入信号下,放大器的每个输出幅值保持相等,且相位差为180°。所制造的10位SAR ADC能够数字化由ADC驱动器产生的模拟输入的完整代码。
