In order to better illustrate the relevant arguments, an introduction to the overall intelligent construction project management system is given. Moreover, research on the big data information collection algorithm based on rough set model is explained. Since the traditional rough set model is not combined with the relational database system, many basic operations of the calculation of this model are carried out on the flat file. Combined with the actual situation of the highway, it emphasizes the use of cost analysis table method, construction period-cost synchronization analysis method, earning the research ideas of value analysis method and value engineering method for investment cost control.
