Monosaccharide compositions of thehemicelluloses were determined by high performance liquid chromatography after acid hydrolysis. The results showed that galactose and mannose were the main glycosyl units of hemicellulose, followed by xylose. 摘要

本研究以落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtiiMayr)的边材和心材为原料,采用水碱分步提取法分离半纤维素。得到1种水溶性阿拉伯半乳聚糖(AG)和3种碱溶半纤维素——阿拉伯葡萄糖醛酸氧基聚糖(AGX)、半乳糖葡甘露聚糖(GGM)和葡甘露聚糖(GM)。以落叶松心材为原料,热水浸提AG得率为7.57%,三种碱提半纤维素的总得率为17.96%。边材和心材半纤维素的产量无显著差异。半纤维素经酸水解后,采用高效液相色谱法测定单糖组成。结果表明,半纤维素的糖基单位主要为半乳糖和甘露糖,其次为木糖。半乳糖主要来源于AG,甘露糖和木糖主要来源于碱提取的半纤维素。
