Through this device, it is available to provide a stable power supply for the wind turbine through the submarine cable before the grid power on the land is delivered to the offshore substation. After the grid power is delivered, the wind turbines are directly connected to the grid, which greatly shortens the construction period of offshore wind power projects, creates considerable economic value. 摘要

针对当前海上风电项目建设周期较长的特点,提出了一种自启动风电机组并网方法,并在此基础上研制了一套风电机组并网自启动装置。通过该装置,可以在陆地上的电网电力输送到海上变电站之前,通过海底电缆为风力发电机组提供稳定的供电。电网供电后,风力发电机组直接接入电网,大大缩短了海上风电项目的建设周期,创造了可观的经济价值。该技术已在江苏如东多个海上风电场应用,现场试验数据验证了所开发系统和所提出方法的先进性和有效性。
