摘要

本文介绍了200千瓦并网光伏逆变器的研制。200kw并网光伏逆变器采用工频变压器隔离直流与交流,输出为三相三线制60hz, 380v。最大功率点跟踪采用P&O算法,抗孤岛保护采用主动漂移方案。逆变器由32位DSP控制。介绍了200kw并网光伏逆变器的效用接口、抗孤岛、效率和THD性能及测试结果。
