For the last three years, the Kyiv Municipal Company \"Road Traffic Management Center\" has been developing and implementing a sophisticated approach to the Road Traffic Management in Kyiv (Ukraine). The approach proposed is possible when using a modern Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies, spatial databases, web-cartography.
