摘要

本研究为学术界及业界了解台湾医疗产业经理人关键胜任力项目,提供极具实用价值的研究工作。本研究拟以台湾医疗行业的人才为研究对象。探讨了医疗行业管理者的重要和关键胜任力项目。本研究运用灰色关联分析法(GRA)对医疗行业中层管理人员关键胜任力进行研究。结果表明,在中层管理人员的五种主要胜任力中,个人素质是最关键的胜任力,而积极态度是最重要的胜任力。
