This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of the Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City totaling 30 employees. the sample is 30 people. Based on the results of the research Reward has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if the reward increases, the employee's performance will also increase. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if leadership style increases, employee performance will also increase.
