对网络分析仪自校准技术TRL、LMR、TAR进行了开发、实现,并在几种传输介质上进行了比较。提出了一种基于已知的LINE和REFLECT标准的新型LMR (LINE - MATCH - REFLECT)技术,并与传统的LMR(基于已知的LINE和MATCH标准)和其他技术(TRL, TAR)进行了比较。它们适用于晶圆上s参数测量以及同轴,波导和微带介质。给出了40 GHz频率下的实验结果。
