摘要

针对小型分布式发电无法均匀控制的现状,在分析配电网损压降机理的基础上,提出了一种包括分布式发电在内的中低压配电网无功功率解耦控制方法。所提出的方法包括对分布式发电机和低压电容器进行阶梯式控制,根据功率因数的阶梯式图可以适应配电网的时变负荷,并且只需要共耦合点和负荷侧的相关数据。通过某配电馈线某天内负荷数据的连续潮流仿真,结果表明,该方法在降低功率损耗、提高电压合格率、避免无功补偿器频繁运行等方面具有较好的效果。
