Based on the actual operations of the terminal, the relevant numerical experiments were designed, and they were solved by CPLEX. The experimental results showed that the proposed integrated optimization model is valid in dealing with uncertainties. Meanwhile, it is found that the greater the arrival time fluctuation or the container volume fluctuation, the greater the impact on the plan. And the impact of time fluctuation is greater than that of container volume fluctuation. 摘要

为了缓解码头的货运压力,提高码头的运行效率,找出并应对各种不确定因素对泊位和码头起重机配置带来的不利影响,建立了不确定到达时间和集装箱吞吐量的基于场景的随机规划模型。根据终端的实际运行情况,设计了相应的数值实验,并利用CPLEX进行了求解。实验结果表明,所提出的综合优化模型在处理不确定性时是有效的。同时,发现到达时间波动或集装箱体积波动越大,对计划的影响越大。时间波动的影响大于集装箱体积波动的影响。相关研究结果对指导不确定条件下的泊位与岸机配置的综合优化具有实际意义。
