摘要

本研究旨在探讨学业督导对教师绩效的影响;校长领导对教师绩效的影响而学术监督、校长领导对教师绩效的影响是同步的。本定量研究采用问卷调查的方法来确定所研究变量的影响。采用多元回归分析对三个变量的影响进行检验。东雅加达200名小学教师参与了问卷调查。研究发现:(1)学业监督对教师绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)校长领导对教师绩效有显著的正向影响;(3)学业监督和校长领导对教师绩效有显著的正向影响。
