摘要

为了实现光栅电子细分的目的,采用了微机计算插值的方法。该方法是基于单片机实时对两个光栅的正弦余弦多条纹信号进行采集和计算,根据计算结果确定信号的相位即分割点,然后确定光栅的位移。本文应用单片机约算法完成了64位光栅的细分,并成功应用于科研项目中,取得了令人满意的科研成果。用单片机计算插补方法,得出了具有推广应用价值的结论。
