These elements might attain the need to gather information easily and affordably for the mobile phone application on health service. This paper intends to describe the implementation of the MIDlet application on probability of Alzheimer's disease on mobile phone. The MIDlet application was developed using the Java Micro Edition (J2ME) application platform and implemented on a mobile phone. The application obtains and displays the probability of Alzheimer's disease from the database on the phone.
