摘要

在分析小世界网络模型及其算法的基础上,采用复杂自适应系统的智能体适应性建模方法,利用多智能体开发语言Netlogo建立了基于小世界知识转移网络的仿真模型。我们用小世界网络特征的平均路径长度和聚类系数来表示网络组织的网络节点之间的交流频率和聚集程度。运行仿真模型表明知识转移网络具有明显的小世界网络特征,证实了在小世界条件下,Agent行为和组织知识转移的效率能够达到较高的标准。为构建网络组织间的适应性知识交流和构建可变网络提供理论指导。
