ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUNCTURE INTERVENTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH SEPTIC COMPLICATIONS OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS
Summary. The results of minimally invasive puncture-drainage interventions in 56 patients with acute severe pancreatitis were analyzed. Indications for the implementation of puncture-drainage interventions were the presence of bulk fluid formations in the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space. These interventions were the first and only surgical intervention in 28 (50%) patients who recovered without any additional surgical procedures. The possibility of predicting the effectiveness of puncture-drainage interventions with the help of indicators included in the syndrome of systemic inflammatory reaction is determined.
