A Tibetan Ontology Concept Acquisition Method Based on HowNet and Chinese-Tibetan Dictionary
This paper proposes a novel approach for acquiring ontology concepts in Tibetan based on HowNet and dictionaries. Central to this approach is realizing the mapping between Tibetan words and the ontology concepts in HowNet through the information of Chinese-Tibetan, Tibetan-English dictionaries.
