The software packages «Statistica» («StatSoft Inc.», USA). Model was grounded on data inspection of 30 women who gave birth to babies with IUGR and their new-borns. The checking of the created model was made on data holding on tracking 30 babies of the studied groups. \nResults: with the help of method of multiple linear regressions it got right to create a mathematical model for prediction of IUGR in pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy. 摘要

宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)的发展预测-是指在孕妇第一次产前检查时预测其可能性。本研究的目的是为孕妇IUGR的早期预测建立一个充分、信息丰富和稳定的模型。材料与方法:采用回归分析对IUGR进行预测。软件包«Statistica»(«StatSoft Inc.»,USA)。该模型基于对30名分娩IUGR婴儿及其新生儿的数据检查。对所建立的模型进行了验证,并对30名研究小组的婴儿进行了跟踪。结果:利用多元线性回归方法建立了预测不同妊娠阶段孕妇IUGR的数学模型。首次提出了利用先进的生物环境中微量元素含量研究方法进行预测的新方法,值得关注。结论:采用所提出的预测方法,可以使妇产科医生、围产期医生在临床实践中开展综合防治维持措施,降低孕产妇和围产期的发病率和死亡率。
