摘要

企业在实现企业长远发展战略的过程中必须建立与之相适应的人力资源规划体系。合理规划人力资源,一方面可以保证企业发展的人力需求,另一方面也避免造成劳动力供过于求。而如何正确预测公司未来的人力需求和构成情况,就成为了管理界的一个重要课题。本文以某高新技术公司为例,运用马尔可夫模型进行人力资源规划,研究该公司未来三年内的人力资源状况并预测其供给情况,并对外部供给条件做进一步分析。
