This model can reduce the wastage of food in large extent as a major content of these fruits and vegetables in the market is not completely ripped or in the early stages of rotting. Therefore this model uses infrared imaging to get the heat index of fruits and vegetables and those heat indexes are compared to the heat index of ripen fruits and vegetables.
