摘要

本文介绍了数据挖掘技术在泰国一家大公司员工考核结果分析中的应用。利用Rapid Miner中的模拟器工具进行数据挖掘算法,将发现的信息建模为三个方面;首先,对三种算法的准确率和速度进行了比较。其次,对三种算法的发现信息进行建模。最后,针对人力资源规划与开发,提出了适合人力资源监控与调整的模型和数据可视化工具。
